Networking and systems have been a hobby since early on — I've set up machines for friends and family more times than I can count. This was my first real client engagement: 3 PCs, 12 monitors, one power user. The real challenge wasn't the cabling — it was making all three machines run simultaneously as one. I used Barrier, an open-source KVM tool, to share a single keyboard and mouse across all systems in real time, turning three independent PCs into one seamless environment. Beyond the hardware, I configured AI tools that are now a core part of their daily workflow.
